Full Job Description

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Talent Development

Collaborate with the L&D Specialist to create and execute comprehensive training and development programs to enhance employees’ skills and competencies.

Identify high potential individuals and implement succession planning initiatives.

Foster a culture of continuous learning and provide opportunities for professional growth.

Performance Management

Design and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback.

Collaborate with managers to set performance goals and create development plans.

Conduct performance reviews and address performance-related issues effectively.

Manage the annual Talent Review Process applying expert knowledge and experience in utilising talent management tools including, but not limited to, the 9 Box Grid

Take overall responsibility of the promotion process.

Employee Engagement and Retention

Develop strategies to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive work environment

Collaborate with the Reward and Recognition specialist to implement initiatives to recognise and reward employees’ contributions.

Identity risks and develop retention strategies to mitigate talent attrition.

Talent Analytics and Reporting

Collect and analyse talent data to identify trends and insights.

Prepare regular reports and metrics on talent management activities.

Provide recommendations based on data-driven insights to enhance talent management strategies.

Talent Management Best Practices

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent management.

Benchmark against peer organisations and implement innovative approaches where applicable.

Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the talent management function

Partner and Director Promotions/Appointments

Manage the end to end process involved in the promotion of partners and directors within the Firm.

Manage the end to end risk processes involved in the appointment of partners and directors once they have accepted an offer of employment.

Support other strategic projects within People and Culture as they may arise

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)

Experience

Extensive experience in talent management, preferably in a professional services firm

Behavioural Competencies

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
