Junior Accountant at PZ VAN DER MERWE INC

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Processing of financial data from source documents through to Trial Balance
• Processing and calculating of VAT returns
• Calculating PAYE returns
• Assistance to the Audit senior.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

• BCompt Degree or similar qualifications
• 3 years work experience

SKILLS

• Excel and word
• Knowledge and experience in accounting software

OTHER

• Must be available to travel or extended periods
• Own Transport
• Fluent in English and/or Afrikaans

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: R25,000.00 – R35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bellville, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Accounting: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Drivers Licence (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Required)
