Key responsibilities:Sales support:
Assist the sales team in generating leads and identifying potential clients.

Participate in the preparation of sales materials, presentations, and proposals.

Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the digital advertising space.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth sales process.

Account management:
Work closely with account managers to support client relationships and address their needs.

Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates to clients.

Assist in resolving any issues or challenges that arise during the campaign execution.

Support the account managers in upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Client communication:
Communicate effectively with clients through various channels, including email, phone, and meetings.

Ensure timely responses to client inquiries and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Contribute to building long-term relationships with clients and understanding their business goals.

Training and development:
Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of digital advertising and industry best practices.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to bring innovative ideas to the team.

Requirements:
Currently pursuing, or recently obtained a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Strong interest in digital advertising and media sales.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.

Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is advantageous.
