Requirements:
Matric/Equivalent

Diploma or degree in Food & Beverage Management/Equivalent

Must have 2 years of related experience in Food & Beverage.

You will be required to work duty management shifts

Description:
To ensure the restaurant is operated in line with maximum profit while delivering exceptional products.

Forecasting

Prepare, utilise, and update the annual marketing plan broken down by department

Assist with administration tasks: budget preparation, mid and end-month preparation, and financial year-end preparation.

Ensure all internal control measures, as audited, are in place and adhered to at all times.

Ensure personal upskilling and growth through participating in personal development activities.

Establish performance goals and development goals for your employees through continuous appraisal of your direct reports
