You’re perfect for this position if you:
Have outstanding communication skills
Are proactive and able to take initiative
Are structured and organised with good time management skills
Are computer literate, particularly MS Excel, Word and Outlook
Your role and responsibilities:
Among other tasks, your main responsibilities will include:
Managing and distributing inbound client communication
Creating and managing client records via our CRM system
Following up on all email correspondence and ensuring clients are kept up to date and in a timely manner
Fulfilling other ad hoc and general duties for our Study Abroad Managing Director
Managing seminar and training bookings and communication
Managing system-generated workflows and client information
Providing admin support to the various regional teams within Study Abroad
Compiling and updating internal documents
