Marketing and Business Development Manager at Robert Walters

A fast growing and exciting fin-tech business, based in Uganda, is looking to hire an experienced Country Manager to join their executive team heading up the companies Uganda operation. This role would suit a strong people’s manager with equal parts operational experience and entrepreneurial energy who has exposure working across the continent and specifically in Uganda.

Country Manager responsibilities:
Managing and monitoring the performance of the team

Building relationships with key stakeholders

Overseeing 8 branches

Managing of all sales and marketing

Overseeing all operational finance & accounting

Serve as a board and exec team member

Country Manager requirements:
Strong finance background/qualifications (Ability to deal with complexity)

Operational background (hands on approach)

Strong attention to detail, great at multitasking

People focused, ability to connect with colleagues
