Full Job Description
Performs tasks/activities associated with the receiving and receipting of payments for entry to the Swimming Pools by the public, reconciling total collection against receipts and preparing schedules for verification prior to forwarding cash for depositing.
Duties:
Collect entrance money from the public to enter the swimming pool area; performing cash up activities on daily basis; Responsible for the safekeeping of monies received during the day; Adhere to complaints from the public and divert unsolved matters to the Caretaker/Assistant Caretaker; Render a help desk service to the Community and assist where possible.
Requirements:
Grade 12.
6 months relevant experience
Computer literate : MS Office
Good interpersonal and communications skills;
Good calculating skills;
Be able to work independently;
Attention to detail.
Proficient in at least two (2) of the three (3) official languages in the Western Cape.
